In the event you need to cancel your appointment, you have 48 hours from booking your appointment to receive a 100% refund. If you cancel your service after 48 hours, but 24 hours before the appointment date and time, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment date, you will not be eligible for a refund.
